Yesterday I said that sometimes your happiness can make me happy too.
Today, I want to talk about the times when that may not be the case. Sometimes, I think my happiness may not be same as your happiness.
I’ve written here before about how fun is relative. What’s fun for me might not be fun for you. I think it’s the same thing with happiness sometimes.
And what keeps me pondering sometimes is this: I wonder how many of us actually know what we want… what makes us happy.
I believe that the world we’re in is one that brings people up telling them what is expected to make them happy. And many times, people go about living their lives, from a little age till they’re old, trying to achieve the things that have been listed as things that make people happy.
So often, you find many people who have achieved several things in life but still remain unhappy.
I want to say today, if you have found your happy, you are more than blessed. And I hope, if you haven’t, that you find your happiness. Find the things that make you happy and do them.
And let’s know and remember that my happy… my happiness, can be derived from something different from what your happiness can be derived from.

Yes, Mimi, we are individuals, and sometimes different things cause happiness. Now, I am thankfully happy for each day alive, especially since I passed 75, when I thought it was 74 and out the door.

True .. happiness is happiness, regardless of what causes it.
