New friends

My new friends

In June my son turned 10.

He asked me to take away all his childish bedsheets. He said he was too grown to have childish sheets.

I got him some new sheets and took all his old ones.

Some weeks ago I started using some of his old ones, it felt kind of nice.

With every character on the sheet, I felt a different kind of vibe. This week, Mickey and Minnie have kept me feeling quite jolly.

My boy is young yet he wants to feel old and mature. I’m older and I’m exited to feel young with new friends on new sheets.
